Oh Ocala! | HB Value Homes

What's one of the most searched areas for new homes in Florida? Ocala.
How did this charming central/northwest town become "the" address?

A Growing Area

Marion County's population is growing with expectations of reaching 500,000 by 2040. It is the nation's 142nd largest metropolitan statistical area, up six spots in one year. One of the primary reasons for the growth is the reasonable cost of living. Ocala has worked to provide jobs for a diverse workforce attracting new residents. World-class facilities such as the Equestrian Center, put the town already known as the Horse Capital of the World, in an even firmer place on the map. The area is beautiful with rolling hills and moss-covered Live Oak trees. You're close enough to city life (Tampa or Orlando) but far enough away for a good night's sleep.
