Holiday Builders Celebrates 40 Years

Holiday Builders achieves a significant milestone this year - our 40th year in business. Our official birthday comes on April 23rd however, we'll be celebrating all year-long. Holiday Builders was started by two brothers in Melbourne, Florida in 1983. The very first home was built in Palm Bay. The employees bought the company from the founding brothers in 1999 making Holiday Builders the very first employee-owned homebuilder in the United States. Being employee-owned is key to our success because every individual has a vested interest in the success of the company. While our New Home Consultants and our construction staff are the most visible team members, there are many people working behind the scenes keeping us all on track. We are fortunate to enjoy strong leadership from our CEO Bruce Assam and CFO Richard Fadil. Our executive management team has a collective vision that keeps focused on our mission - to provide each customer with a pleasurable building experience and a quality built home of lasting value for the best possible price. Furthermore, our mission inclues upholding the highest ethical and moral standards in all we do; developing ourselves to the fullest extent both personally and professionally.

Holiday Builders builds new single-family homes in Florida and Coastal Alabama. We offer three collections of homes - Cornerstone, HB Value and Inspire. Our Cornerstone series offer a variety of floorplans and comes with a two-year non-transferable warranty. Cornerstone plans allow homeowners to select from an array of design options including countertops, flooring and cabinets in select markets. Our HB Value plans offer standard features of laminate countertops, vinyl flooring and stain-resistent carperting and come in four designer-curated color schemes. Our Inspire plans are the newest collection and offer a smaller-footprint home with standard features. These smaller homes may include two to three bedrooms and one to two bathrooms, with a carport or one-car garage. HB Value and Inspire homes come with a one-year non-transferable warranty. By providing three collections, we are able to meet the needs of many customers when it comes to family size and budget. This past year we formed a joint-partnership with FBC Mortgage to form Coastal Loans, a lender dedicated to serving Holiday Builders' homebuyers. With the additional expertise of HB Title, we provide the full-suite of services needed for purchasing a new construction home.

Our celebratory plans call for maintaining our commitment to providing quality-built homes at the best possible price. Additionally, we'll be volunteering at various non-profits throughout our building footprint - there's no better way to celebrate success than to pay it forward. We are grateful for our trade partners and the longevity of the partnerships we've held for several decades. The homebuilding landscape is continually changing.
